Shipping Method

All orders are shipped exclusively through UPS for reliable, tracked, and timely delivery.

We do not use Canada Post for any shipments.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Custom or pre-order pieces may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Time

  • Within Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • USA Orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and UPS service conditions.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Zeemas Jewellery is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to UPS.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at [your email address].

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
